The ManKind Project’s 25/25 Anniversary in 2010 will be in Louisville, Kentucky

The challenge of changing the world one man at a time began in 1984 when three men — Rich Tosi (a former Marine Corps officer), Bill Kauth (a social worker, therapist, and author), and Ron Hering (a university professor) — created an experiential weekend for men called The New Warrior Training Adventure.

A quarter century later, more than 45,000 men have experienced the New Warrior Training Adventure, giving birth to what once was called the New Warrior Network and today is known as The ManKind Project.

The time has come to celebrate 25 years of our past and begin looking forward to the next 25 years of impacting the lives of men seeking to experience their authentic selves, identify their life’s purpose, and enjoy lives of accountability and integrity.

“The ManKind Project’s 25/25 Anniversary: Taking the Next Breath!” is being hosted by ManKind Project of Kentucky, one of the nearly 40 independent ManKind Project centers worldwide.

“For 25 years, the ManKind Project has awakened and empowered men around the globe ,” said Kentucky Center Director, Bob Oser. “I’m looking forward to this milestone event. We will celebrate our glorious history and ignite a vibrant vision for the next 25 years.  I hope new warriors worldwide join us for this global celebration of past, present, and future.”

The ManKind Project’s 25/25 Anniversary takes place October 19-23, 2010, at the Galt House Hotel in  downtown Louisville, the “possibility city.” Information about the complete selection of workshops and registration will be available in early 2010.
